The Journey: From Sale to Delivery
1. Buyer Purchases Product
You'll receive an instant notification via email and on your dashboard. The payment is held securely in our Escrow system until the buyer receives the item.
2. Print & Prepare
Go to your dashboard, click Print Label. Secure your product in a sturdy box and firmly stick the printed shipping label on top. Important: Ensure the barcode is clearly visible.
3. Doorstep Pickup
Our delivery partner will visit your pickup address. Hand over the packaged product to the delivery boy. They will scan the barcode and the status will update automatically on your dashboard.
4. Transit & Payment
The product is delivered to the buyer. Upon successful delivery and buyer confirmation, your payout is calculated and shared to your linked bank account.
